Week 4: How do I brief a freelancer or agency and how do I get the most from them? 🤝
How to write a good brief (and a bad one). Why it matters. How to deliver the brief. How to manage agencies and freelancers.
Week 5: How to make good creative happen? 🖼️
How to objectively review creative work. How to give truly constructive feedback.
Week 6: How to plan media spend and buy it? 🗞️
Briefing a media campaign. Principles of media buying. How to get a good deal.
Week 7: How do I show the impact marketing has had? 📈
Selecting the right KPIs. How to evaluate activity. What to do with your learnings.
Week 8: How do I take control of my career path? 💪
Exploring career possibilities. Understanding your strengths. How to give and receive feedback.
You're an Assistant Brand Manager or Marketing Manager with 0-5 years experience looking to make the next move.
You're a Brand Manager and even Head of Marketing who has grown up in entrepreneurial businesses & feel like they missed the basics.
The 8-week course will run every Wednesday from the 26th May to 14th July, from 6 - 8pm.
All sessions will be held on Zoom. There will be some light homework between sessions to keep the ideas we cover fresh.
Each session will be interactive, but if you have to miss one we will circulate the content and recordings.
